Postage and packing
We offer a in-house packing and postage service to our buyers who don't live locally. The tables below show the max size and weight of each price bracket.
All the quotes below are as a guide only as certain items will require more packing than has been quoted for here. All quotes below are as a combined parcel as we charge per box and will endeavour to fit in the most economical box.United Kingdom
- All parcels will be signed for, all smaller parcels will be through RoyalMail, larger parcels through ParcelForce depending on contents and price. If you wish a specific courier or just a packing quote, this can be arranged.
- For regular buyers we offer a storage option for combining postage on smaller items, please contact the auction house before hand
- The majority of smaller parcels will be sent through Royal Mail's Tracked 24. Change of service can be requested upon receipt of invoice.
- Refunds on postage are only issed if the courier service chosen offers insurance on purchased items. If the service that we suggest cannot offer this, please check the private courier list as they generally are able to offer insurance.
- Please note the quotes below are for a typical parcel and based on materials, packing time, courier cost and VAT. Larger/complex parcels may differ and require packing first before a quote is given though where we can, a quote will be provided after the auction on your invoice.

We have a selection of private couriers which we can contact but can accommodate if you have your own preferred courier. We are open for collections on Monday - Friday and without prior notice all items need to be collected by the Friday following the auction
